During the construction phase, Viceroy CDG assumes dual roles as the on-site Project Manager and Accounting Manager. The pivotal factors of successful project execution lie in adept management, efficient scheduling, and an in-depth comprehension of construction methodologies.

Our comprehensive range of services encompasses, but is not confined to, the following key responsibilities:

  • Serving as the principal liaison for the owner
  • Thoroughly evaluating subcontractors proposed by the General Contractor (GC)
  • Systematically disseminating information to the project team, fostering seamless collaboration and compelling issue resolution
  • Participating in weekly on-site meetings and conducting regular inspections to verify alignment with quality control protocols and the Owner’s objectives
  • Scrutinizing and endorsing invoices from the GC and consultants, ensuring adherence to the construction budget and timeline
  • Assessing change orders to ascertain the accuracy of cost adjustments and time extensions
  • Analyzing critical path schedules and imminent project milestones
  • Conducting due diligence to mitigate potential delays proactively
  • Reviewing and refining construction methodologies
  • Providing continuous updates on pending design and project-related decisions through comprehensive reporting channels.
