Mrs. Ulanova-Shpolyansky has an extensive consulting experience in a wide spectrum of industries, such as entertainment, financial services, construction, consumer products, oil & gas and luxury goods & precious metals. A business developer at heart she partnered to found Viceroy Consulting and Development Group and provided a solid foundation in financial analysis and modeling.

She had consulted audit firms in engagements with international clients, such as Russia, Kazakhstan, and former CIS region countries. Immediately prior to Viceroy CDG, she worked at Universal Studio Home Entertainment as a risk analyst. Prior to that she was an executive director at Russian World Studios. Her past achievements included development and execution of a business plan focusing on a $100M merger of an entertainment firm with a large diversified holding AFK Sistema. She holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Certificate of Construction Management from UCLA.

Mrs. Ulanova-Shpolyansky has over 20 years of experience building, developing, and managing residential project primary in Southern California, and commercial projects in Russia, 20 projects totaling more than 500,000 square feet. She now focuses on full service construction, real estate development, and investment real estate including: property acquisition, project development, project entitlement and permitting, project financing, pre-construction, construction, project management, supervision, sales and leasing, and property management.

Irina’s current projects average from $5 to $50 million. Irina Ulanova-Shpolyansky also provides personal “hands-on” construction management consulting, construction litigation support, and other specialized construction services. These services include: project completion analysis, consulting, feasibility studies, inspections, management, estimating, cost analysis, scheduling, defect analysis, dispute resolution and expert witness support.
