Post-Construction Phase
As construction approaches completion, it is critical that the property is brought to move-in-ready condition and that the home is adequately transitioned to the client’s custody. Viceroy CDG will ensure the house systems have been properly commissioned, perform a final project accounting, and reconcile any discrepancies discovered.
Our services include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure completion of architect generated punch list, including the staging of FF&E’s (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
- Finalize Project Accounting and perform an audit if discrepancies are discovered
- Confirm project is in full compliance of all local codes and restrictions
- Review with the owner the operations and maintenance manuals published by the GC, and arrange for ongoing preventative maintenance and warranty compliance
